For a safe and worry-free delivery, WallDreamer has chosen to work with two carriers: Colissimo for individuals and TNT for companies.

Currently, we offer standard delivery within 15 days in France and within 15 days internationally.

Delivery in Metropolitan France

Shipping costs are free for orders over 250 Euros(tax incl.) for deliveries in France. Below this amount, shipping costs are applied.

- Colissimo : 18 € incl. VAT

Belgium, Spain, Germany, Italy

Carrier: Colissimo

DOM-TOM, rest of Europe and the world

Frais de port déterminés en fonction du poids de votre colis.

Shipping costs determined by the weight of your package. Contact us by email, support@walldreamer.com, specifying the décor you want, the exact dimensions of your wall, your postcode, your city and your country. We will return to you with the amount of shipping.

Carrier: Colissimo or TNT.

Receiving your wallpaper

Your wallpaper will be delivered against signature after checking the condition of the product. Once your package has been accepted, it cannot be returned for delivery damage.

Damaged package

Do you have your wallpaper in a damaged package?

We invite you to note it on the delivery slip when you receive your wallpaper, for any future complaints.
