You can see examples of customisation above. We can start with your idea, a design created by you, or a brief, just as we can rework the designs in our catalogue according to your wishes.
Yes, of course. You can contact our Design department : hello@walldreamer.com who will get back to you to work together to create the design of your dreams.
You can send it to us by email, in the highest possible quality. Once our designers have checked the quality of your photo, we'll get back to you with a quote.
The customisation of a decor varies. It depends on the amount of work your customisation will require. Generally speaking, it takes us between one and two hours to rework one of our designs. Before we start, we'll send you an estimate of the hours required. These are in addition to the price per square metre of our designs, which is €48 including tax.
To co-create a design, once we've received your request, we'll send you a quote as well.
Once you have approved the final version, your personalised décor will be ready for production within 15 business days.
No custom-made design ordered on our website can be returned as we only work to bespoke specifications. The dimensions, colours and cropping only correspond to your wall. We therefore do not accept returns.
