Terms and conditions of use
You can easily and securely order your wallpaper on the WallDreamer website. The wallpaper purchased on the website is made in France before being delivered to you without intermediaries directly to your home or business.
Prices and orders
All prices include VAT. The VAT applicable will be that in force on the day of the order. It may be modified in accordance with current tax regulations. Prices are indicated by product category and may vary according to the periods during which special offers are organised.
Online payments will be made via the secure PayPal platform, in the case of payment by Paypal, or by Worldline, in the case of payment by credit card, both of which are PCI-DSS certified, so that the information transmitted remains encrypted and no third party can gain knowledge of it during transfer over the network.

Once we have received your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail containing the details of your order. Make a habit of always checking this order confirmation so that everything looks as it should. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team immediately at support@walldreamer.com. Keep your order confirmation so that you have all the information you need to contact customer service. It is preferable for you to have your customer number and order number registered. In case of cancellation or modification of your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

Panoramic decors are made to measure to fit your wall and cannot be returned, only roll wallpaper can be returned.
All our products are sold with a one-year guarantee and a three-year right of complaint in accordance with the French Consumer Purchase Act. The product guarantee only covers the initial error, i.e. errors contained in the product at the time of delivery. Products that are faulty or damaged on arrival will be returned and exchanged free of charge.
Credit notes issued for returns with a refund by bank transfer are valid for 3 months. If we have not received the customer's bank details, no refund will be made after this period.
We do not reimburse any additional costs that may arise as a result of a product being damaged or defective, such as extra working hours, materials or the like. It is the customer's responsibility to check the product before installing it. We will not reimburse damage caused by failure to follow installation instructions. If a dispute arises, the recommendations of the Public Complaints Committee will be followed.
In some cases, the machine may shift the strips during production. According to the Unified Technical Document, UTD, a tolerance of up to 3 millimetres is accepted. We will therefore not accept returns on WallDreamer decors where the strips may have shifted by less than 3 millimetres.

By registering on the website, you agree that WallDreamer may store and use information about your purchases and any contact information you provide. This data is stored and used to enable us to fulfil our commitment to you, and to best meet your expectations and needs as a customer by providing you with the best service. Data is also stored and used for information and marketing purposes. This means that WallDreamer, unless you expressly request otherwise, may use your personal information to communicate with you by email, SMS, or post.
We treat your personal information with the utmost care and ensure that your customer data is only used by WallDreamer. WallDreamer undertakes not to disclose your personal data without your prior consent, except in the context of a legal request, for the purposes of processing your order or to protect the rights and property of WallDreamer.
Cookies
This site uses a session cookie to keep track of users so that the server does not confuse shopping baskets, customers, etc. This is not a permanent cookie, it is only based on the current session, and it is removed directly after the visit. The cookie does not store any information about users.
